These Terms of Use govern access to the Huntington Pool Services (“HPS”) internal operations admin application (the “Application”). The Application is a private, internal tool operated by HPS for its own employees and authorized agents.

1. Authorized use

The Application is provided solely for the internal business operations of HPS. Access is restricted to authorized HPS personnel. The Application is not offered to the public and is not a multi-tenant service.

2. QuickBooks Online connection

The Application connects to HPS’s own QuickBooks Online company via Intuit’s authorized OAuth 2.0 flow to read billing, customer, invoice, payment, vendor, and related accounting records into internal reporting. The connection is read-oriented and is used only to mirror and analyze HPS’s own financial data. Authorized users may disconnect the integration at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Users may not use the Application to access data they are not authorized to view, to circumvent access controls, or for any purpose other than HPS’s legitimate business operations.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided “as is” for internal use without warranties of any kind. HPS makes no representations regarding availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
